A、止推板(ban):它與支座連接將泥漿處理(li)(li)設(she)備(bei)帶式壓(ya)(ya)濾(lv)機(ji)的一(yi)端坐落在(zai)地基上(shang),廂式泥漿處理(li)(li)設(she)備(bei)帶式壓(ya)(ya)濾(lv)機(ji)的止推板(ban)中間是(shi)進(jin)料孔(kong),四個角還有四個孔(kong),上(shang)兩角的孔(kong)是(shi)洗(xi)滌液或壓(ya)(ya)榨(zha)氣體進(jin)口(kou),下兩角為出口(kou)(暗流(liu)結(jie)構還是(shi)濾(lv)液出口(kou))
B、壓(ya)緊(jin)(jin)板:用以壓(ya)緊(jin)(jin)濾板濾框,兩側的滾輪用以支撐壓(ya)緊(jin)(jin)板在大梁的軌道上滾動。
C、大梁:是承重構件,根據使用環境防腐的要求,可選擇硬質聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、不銹鋼包覆或新型防腐涂料等涂覆。
二、泥漿處理設備帶式壓濾機壓緊機構
手動壓緊、機械(xie)壓緊、液壓壓緊。
A、手動壓(ya)緊(jin):是以螺旋式機械(xie)千斤(jin)頂推動壓(ya)緊(jin)板(ban)將(jiang)濾(lv)板(ban)壓(ya)緊(jin)。
B、機(ji)(ji)械壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin):壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)由電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(配置的過載(zai)(zai)保護器(qi))減(jian)速器(qi)、齒輪(lun)付、絲(si)桿和固(gu)(gu)定螺母(mu)組成。壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)時(shi),電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)正轉,帶動減(jian)速器(qi)、齒輪(lun)付,使(shi)絲(si)桿在固(gu)(gu)定絲(si)母(mu)中(zhong)轉動,推動壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)板將(jiang)濾板、濾框壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)。當壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)力越(yue)來越(yue)大時(shi),電(dian)機(ji)(ji)負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)流(liu)增大,當大到保護器(qi)設定的電(dian)流(liu)值時(shi),達到壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)力,電(dian)機(ji)(ji)切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停止轉動,由于絲(si)桿和固(gu)(gu)定絲(si)母(mu)有可靠的自(zi)鎖螺旋角(jiao),能可靠地保證(zheng)工作過程中(zhong)的壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)狀態,退回時(shi),電(dian)機(ji)(ji)反(fan)轉,當壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)板上(shang)的壓(ya)(ya)塊,觸壓(ya)(ya)到行程開關時(shi)退回停止。

三、泥漿處理設備帶式壓濾機過濾機構
過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)機(ji)構由濾(lv)(lv)(lv)板(ban)(ban)、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)框、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)布、壓榨隔(ge)膜(mo)組成,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)板(ban)(ban)兩(liang)側由濾(lv)(lv)(lv)布包(bao)覆,需配(pei)置壓榨隔(ge)膜(mo)時(shi),一(yi)組濾(lv)(lv)(lv)板(ban)(ban)由隔(ge)膜(mo)板(ban)(ban)和側板(ban)(ban)組成。隔(ge)膜(mo)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)基板(ban)(ban)兩(liang)側包(bao)覆著橡膠隔(ge)膜(mo),隔(ge)膜(mo)外邊包(bao)覆著濾(lv)(lv)(lv)布,側板(ban)(ban)即普通的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)板(ban)(ban)。物料從(cong)止(zhi)推板(ban)(ban)上的(de)(de)時(shi)料孔進入各濾(lv)(lv)(lv)室,固(gu)體顆粒因其粒徑大(da)于過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介質(濾(lv)(lv)(lv)布)的(de)(de)孔徑被截(jie)留(liu)在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)室里(li),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液則(ze)從(cong)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)板(ban)(ban)下方的(de)(de)出液孔流(liu)出。濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅需要榨干時(shi),除用隔(ge)膜(mo)壓榨外,還可用壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)或蒸氣(qi),從(cong)洗滌口通入,氣(qi)流(liu)沖去濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅中的(de)(de)水(shui)份,以降低(di)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)餅的(de)(de)含水(shui)率。
(1)過濾方式
濾液流出的方式分(fen)明流過濾和(he)暗流過濾。
A、明流過(guo)濾(lv):每個濾(lv)板的下方出(chu)液孔上裝(zhuang)有水(shui)咀,濾(lv)液直觀地從水(shui)咀里流出(chu)。
B、暗流過濾(lv):每個濾(lv)板(ban)(ban)的下(xia)方(fang)設有(you)出液(ye)(ye)通(tong)道(dao)孔,若干塊濾(lv)板(ban)(ban)的出液(ye)(ye)孔連成一個出液(ye)(ye)通(tong)
道(dao),由(you)止(zhi)推板下方的(de)(de)出(chu)液(ye)孔(kong)相連接的(de)(de)管道(dao)排出(chu)。
(2)洗滌方式
濾餅需要(yao)洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)時,有明流(liu)單(dan)向洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)和(he)雙向洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di),暗流(liu)單(dan)向洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)和(he)雙向洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)(di)。
A、明流單向(xiang)洗(xi)(xi)滌是(shi),洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)從止推板的(de)洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)進孔(kong)依次進入,穿(chuan)過(guo)濾(lv)布再穿(chuan)過(guo)濾(lv)餅(bing),從無(wu)孔(kong)濾(lv)板流出,這時(shi)有孔(kong)板的(de)出液(ye)水咀處于關閉狀態(tai),無(wu)孔(kong)板的(de)出液(ye)水咀是(shi)開啟狀態(tai)。
B、明流(liu)雙(shuang)向(xiang)洗滌(di)(di)(di)(di)是(shi),洗液從止(zhi)推板上方的兩(liang)側洗液進孔先后兩(liang)次(ci)洗滌(di)(di)(di)(di),即洗液先從一(yi)側洗滌(di)(di)(di)(di)再從另一(yi)側洗滌(di)(di)(di)(di),洗液的出口同(tong)進口是(shi)對角線方向(xiang),所以又(you)叫雙(shuang)向(xiang)交叉洗滌(di)(di)(di)(di)。
C、暗流(liu)單向流(liu)滌是(shi),洗(xi)液從止(zhi)推板(ban)(ban)的洗(xi)液進孔依次進入(ru)有孔板(ban)(ban),穿過濾布再穿過濾餅,從無(wu)孔濾板(ban)(ban)流(liu)出。
D、暗(an)(an)流雙向(xiang)洗(xi)(xi)滌是洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)從止板上方(fang)的兩側(ce)的兩個洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)進孔先后兩次(ci)洗(xi)(xi)滌,即洗(xi)(xi)滌先從一側(ce)洗(xi)(xi)滌,再從另一側(ce)洗(xi)(xi)滌,洗(xi)(xi)液(ye)的出口是對角線方(fang)向(xiang),所以又叫暗(an)(an)流雙向(xiang)交叉洗(xi)(xi)滌。
(3)濾布:濾布是一種主要過濾介質,濾布的選用和使用,對過濾效果有決定性的作用,選用時要根據過濾物料的PH值,固體粒徑等因素選用合適的濾布材質和孔徑以保證低的過濾成本和高的過濾效率,使用時,要保證濾布平整不打折,孔徑暢通。

7、從進料到(dao)排出泥餅連(lian)續作業自(zi)動化程度(du)高,根據(ju)需(xu)要可設plc接(jie)口,便于(yu)微機集中控制。
