一般說來(lai),曝(pu)氣生物濾池具(ju)有以下特(te)征:
(1)用粒狀填(tian)料作(zuo)為生(sheng)物載(zai)體,如(ru)陶粒、焦炭(tan)、石(shi)英砂、活性炭(tan)、改型聚胺酯等。 (2)區別于(yu)一般生(sheng)物濾(lv)池及生(sheng)物濾(lv)塔,在去除BOD、氨氮時需進行(xing)曝氣。
(3)高(gao)水力(li)負荷(he)、高(gao)容(rong)積負荷(he)及高(gao)的生(sheng)物膜活性。
(4)具有生(sheng)物氧化降(jiang)解(jie)和截留(liu)SS的雙重(zhong)功能,生(sheng)物處理單元之后不需再(zai)設二(er)次沉淀池。
(5)需(xu)定(ding)期(qi)進行反沖洗,清洗濾池中截(jie)留的SS以及更新(xin)生物膜(mo)。

(3)運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)低(di)。曝氣(qi)(qi)生(sheng)物(wu)濾(lv)(lv)池工藝(yi)氧的(de)傳(chuan)輸利用(yong)(yong)效(xiao)率很(hen)高,曝氣(qi)(qi)量(liang)小(xiao),供氧動(dong)力消(xiao)耗(hao)低(di)。氧的(de)利用(yong)(yong)效(xiao)率可達(da)20-30%。工程實踐表明,曝氣(qi)(qi)量(liang)為傳(chuan)統(tong)活性(xing)污(wu)泥法的(de)1/20,為氧化溝的(de)1/6,為SBR的(de)1/4—1/3,在很(hen)大(da)程度上節省了運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)。曝氣(qi)(qi)生(sheng)物(wu)濾(lv)(lv)池水頭損(sun)失較小(xiao),剩余污(wu)泥量(liang)少(shao)且容易處理,維護量(liang)很(hen)少(shao),這都將保證運(yun)行費用(yong)(yong)較低(di)。
(4)抗沖擊負荷能力強(qiang),耐低(di)溫。
(5)易掛(gua)膜,啟動快。
(6)曝(pu)氣生物濾池(chi)采(cai)用模塊化結(jie)構(gou),便于后期(qi)改、擴建(jian)。

由我公司(si)消(xiao)化(hua)吸收國外新技(ji)術(shu)、研究(jiu)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)開發的(de)曝氣(qi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)濾池工藝技(ji)術(shu),揉合了(le)我公司(si)的(de)多(duo)項技(ji)術(shu),它的(de)特(te)點是使用一種新型的(de)球形輕(qing)質多(duo)孔(kong)(kong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)濾料,在其(qi)表(biao)面及(ji)(ji)開口(kou)孔(kong)(kong)隙內(nei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)微生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo),污(wu)水由下向(xiang)上(shang)或由上(shang)向(xiang)下流經濾料層,濾料層下部提(ti)供曝氣(qi)。污(wu)水流經表(biao)面長(chang)滿(man)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)的(de)濾料時,其(qi)中的(de)有(you)機物(wu)及(ji)(ji)氮得到(dao)降解,同時生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)濾料層截留污(wu)水中的(de)SS和老化(hua)脫落生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)并進(jin)(jin)行固液分離。定期利(li)用處(chu)理(li)后的(de)出(chu)(chu)水對濾池進(jin)(jin)行反沖(chong)洗,排除被截留的(de)SS和老化(hua)脫落生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)濾料表(biao)面老化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)的(de)脫落,使高活性的(de)新鮮生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)與污(wu)水直(zhi)接接觸,提(ti)高了(le)降解速率和效率,使出(chu)(chu)水穩定達標(biao)。
