1、曝氣生物濾池(chi)
生(sheng)活污(wu)(wu)水(shui)處理(li)工藝流程簡介:曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)濾池(chi),就是在生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)濾池(chi)處理(li)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)填料,通過(guo)人(ren)為供氧,使填料上生(sheng)長大量的(de)微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)。這種污(wu)(wu)水(shui)處理(li)工藝流程裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)由濾床、布(bu)氣(qi)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、布(bu)水(shui)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、排水(shui)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等組(zu)成。曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)配套曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)頭,產生(sheng)的(de)中(zhong)小氣(qi)泡經填料反復切割,達到(dao)接(jie)近微控曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)的(de)效果。由于反應池(chi)內污(wu)(wu)泥濃度高,處理(li)設施緊(jin)湊,可大大節省占地面積,減少反應時間。
2、SBR工藝
生(sheng)活污水(shui)(shui)處理工藝流程(cheng)簡(jian)介:水(shui)(shui)體富營養化主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)原因(yin)是人類向水(shui)(shui)體排放了大量(liang)的(de)氨氮和磷(lin),磷(lin)更(geng)是水(shui)(shui)體富營養化的(de)zui主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)因(yin)素(su)。縱(zong)觀(guan)國內污水(shui)(shui)處理流程(cheng)工藝,除(chu)(chu)(chu)磷(lin)技術(shu)一直是困擾污水(shui)(shui)處理廠運(yun)行的(de)難(nan)題。傳統的(de)物化除(chu)(chu)(chu)磷(lin)技術(shu)需要(yao)(yao)大量(liang)的(de)藥劑,具(ju)有運(yun)行成本高,污泥產量(liang)大的(de)缺(que)點;前(qian)置厭氧的(de)生(sheng)物除(chu)(chu)(chu)磷(lin)工藝具(ju)有運(yun)行費用(yong)低的(de)優點,但是由于*依賴于微生(sheng)物的(de)攝磷(lin)、釋磷(lin)作用(yong),難(nan)以(yi)達到國家污水(shui)(shui)處理工藝流程(cheng)的(de)要(yao)(yao)求。當考慮(lv)中水(shui)(shui)回用(yong)時,則更(geng)難(nan)以(yi)達到要(yao)(yao)求。
3、A/O生物濾(lv)池
污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理工藝流程(cheng)簡介:由于(yu)我國(guo)小城(cheng)鎮(zhen)居(ju)住點分散,污(wu)水(shui)(shui)源分布點多量(liang)少,城(cheng)鎮(zhen)級污(wu)水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)(chang)的規模多低于(yu)10000噸/日。目前國(guo)內(nei)大中型(xing)城(cheng)市污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理廠(chang)(chang)經(jing)常采用(yong)的污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理工藝有(you)傳統活性污(wu)泥法、A2/O、SBR、氧(yang)化(hua)溝等(deng),如果以這些(xie)技術(shu)建設小城(cheng)鎮(zhen)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理廠(chang)(chang)會(hui)造成由于(yu)居(ju)高不下(xia)的運行費用(yong),無法正常運行。必(bi)須針(zhen)對小城(cheng)鎮(zhen)的特點采用(yong)投(tou)資省,運行費用(yong)低,技術(shu)穩定(ding)可靠(kao),操(cao)作與管(guan)理相對簡單的工藝。
現代(dai)生活污水處理工藝(yi)流程,按處理程度劃分,可分為一級、二級和三級處理。
一(yi)級(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li),主(zhu)要(yao)去除污(wu)水中(zhong)呈懸浮(fu)狀態的固體污(wu)染物(wu)質(zhi),物(wu)理(li)處(chu)(chu)理(li)法大部分只能(neng)完成一(yi)級(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的要(yao)求。經過一(yi)級(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的污(wu)水,BOD一(yi)般可去除30%左右,達不到排放標準。一(yi)級(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)屬于二級(ji)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的預處(chu)(chu)理(li)。
二級處理,主(zhu)要去除污水中呈膠體(ti)和溶解狀態的有(you)機污染(ran)物(wu)質(BOD,COD物(wu)質),去除率可(ke)達90%以上,使(shi)有(you)機污染(ran)物(wu)達到排放標準(zhun)。
三級(ji)處理(li),進(jin)一步處理(li)難降解的有機物(wu)、氮(dan)和磷等能夠(gou)導致(zhi)水體(ti)富(fu)營養化的可溶性無(wu)機物(wu)等。主要方法(fa)(fa)有生物(wu)脫氮(dan)除磷法(fa)(fa),混凝沉淀法(fa)(fa),砂(sha)濾法(fa)(fa),活(huo)性炭吸附法(fa)(fa)等。
整個過程(cheng)為通過粗格柵的(de)(de)原(yuan)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)過污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)提升(sheng)泵提升(sheng)后,經(jing)過格柵或者(zhe)砂濾器,之(zhi)后進(jin)入(ru)(ru)沉(chen)(chen)砂池(chi)(chi)(chi),經(jing)過砂水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen)離的(de)(de)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)初(chu)次沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),以上為一(yi)(yi)級處(chu)(chu)理(li)(即物(wu)(wu)理(li)處(chu)(chu)理(li)),初(chu)沉(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)設(she)備,有活性污(wu)泥法(fa)和生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜法(fa),(其中活性污(wu)泥法(fa)的(de)(de)反應器有曝(pu)氣池(chi)(chi)(chi),氧化溝(gou)等,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜法(fa)包(bao)括生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)濾池(chi)(chi)(chi)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)轉(zhuan)盤、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)接觸氧化法(fa)和生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)流化床(chuang)),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)設(she)備的(de)(de)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)二(er)(er)次沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),二(er)(er)沉(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)過消(xiao)毒排放或者(zhe)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)三級處(chu)(chu)理(li),一(yi)(yi)級處(chu)(chu)理(li)結束到此(ci)為二(er)(er)級處(chu)(chu)理(li),三級處(chu)(chu)理(li)包(bao)括生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)脫氮(dan)除(chu)磷法(fa),混凝沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)法(fa),砂濾法(fa),活性炭(tan)吸附法(fa)。二(er)(er)沉(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)污(wu)泥一(yi)(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)回流至初(chu)次沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或者(zhe)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)設(she)備,一(yi)(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)污(wu)泥濃縮池(chi)(chi)(chi),之(zhi)后進(jin)入(ru)(ru)污(wu)泥消(xiao)化池(chi)(chi)(chi),經(jing)過脫水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和干燥設(she)備后,污(wu)泥被zui后利用。
