油(you)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)主要(yao)是利用油(you)類物(wu)(wu)質、漆(qi)(qi)(qi)料、顏料、填(tian)料、助(zhu)劑(ji)等(deng)原料通過混(hun)合、乳化等(deng)工(gong)序進行,其生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的廢水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質成份復雜,污染物(wu)(wu)濃(nong)度高(gao),廢水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質、水(shui)(shui)量波動(dong)大。另外,油(you)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)容器及(ji)設備清洗也會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)廢水(shui)(shui)。廢水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)主要(yao)含有樹脂、溶(rong)劑(ji)、助(zhu)劑(ji)、礦(kuang)物(wu)(wu)油(you)、植物(wu)(wu)油(you)、皂、顏料等(deng)有機物(wu)(wu)質,COD濃(nong)度高(gao)。
從擬建項目廠區(qu)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)情況可(ke)知(zhi),企業主(zhu)要生(sheng)產水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)性漆(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)溶(rong)劑性漆(qi)(qi)(qi)。油(you)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)主(zhu)要來(lai)源(yuan)于(yu)(yu)生(sheng)產過程(cheng)排(pai)(pai)出(chu)的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、設(she)備和(he)生(sheng)產場地清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。生(sheng)產過程(cheng)產生(sheng)的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)污(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)濃(nong)度高,高COD達(da)(da)30000mg/L以上,但(dan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量小;設(she)備、場地清(qing)(qing)潔水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)污(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)濃(nong)度低,但(dan)每天清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)時間比較(jiao)集中(zhong)。由此帶來(lai)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量波動(dong)較(jiao)大(da),懸浮物(wu)(wu)多。油(you)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由于(yu)(yu)其工(gong)藝(yi)特點,廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)一(yi)般殘(can)留(liu)了生(sheng)產工(gong)藝(yi)中(zhong)所使用(yong)的(de)大(da)多數原料、半成(cheng)(cheng)品、成(cheng)(cheng)品,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質成(cheng)(cheng)分復雜,毒性大(da)。根據(ju)業主(zhu)介紹,廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)主(zhu)要有(you)(you)丁醇、二甲(jia)苯、甲(jia)醛、酚類、環氧樹脂(zhi)及(ji)各種助劑、動(dong)植物(wu)(wu)油(you)、重金屬(shu)等污(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu),導致廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)COD濃(nong)度高。應招標書(shu)要求,所有(you)(you)工(gong)業廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)*,達(da)(da)到回用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標準,要求治理工(gong)藝(yi)穩定(ding)、可(ke)靠。油(you)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)主(zhu)要的(de)污(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)來(lai)自于(yu)(yu)生(sheng)產工(gong)藝(yi)中(zhong)原料、半成(cheng)(cheng)品和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)品,這些污(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)(wu)殘(can)留(liu)在工(gong)藝(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)清(qing)(qing)潔水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong),一(yi)并進入廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理站,直接導致廢(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)COD濃(nong)度高,毒性大(da)。
國內(nei)油漆廢水基本(ben)上(shang)都采用了物(wu)(wu)化法 生(sheng)(sheng)化法的治理模式,采用氣(qi)浮(fu)作為物(wu)(wu)化處(chu)理已經是通行方式,由于生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)接觸氧(yang)化工藝成熟可靠,大多(duo)數工藝選擇(ze)了接觸氧(yang)化。目前正在運行的廢水處(chu)理站(zhan)也(ye)是采用上(shang)述工藝。
由于預處理(li)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)對油漆廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)至關重要(yao),其中重要(yao)的是在(zai)合適的PH值下混凝氣浮,油性(xing)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)有效(xiao)(xiao)范圍(wei)在(zai)7.0~8.0,水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)在(zai)8.5~10.5,單獨設置管路收集水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)漆廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui),其它廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)溶劑性(xing)漆廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)收集管路。
當車間(jian)生產發生事故(gu)時可通過閥門轉換讓廢水進(jin)入(ru)事故(gu)池(chi)(chi)貯(zhu)存,事故(gu)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)分別設置提升(sheng)泵(beng),根據實(shi)際情況將池(chi)(chi)內(nei)廢水泵(beng)入(ru)隔油沉淀池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行處理。
在廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理站正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,溶(rong)劑(ji)性漆(qi)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)和(he)(he)廠(chang)區生活(huo)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)一起進(jin)入溶(rong)劑(ji)性漆(qi)隔油沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi),由(you)于進(jin)水(shui)(shui)標高較低(di),為減少土建工程(cheng)量,在溶(rong)劑(ji)性漆(qi)隔油沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)前設置集(ji)水(shui)(shui)井,通過(guo)提(ti)升(sheng)泵泵入并列運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)套溶(rong)劑(ji)性漆(qi)隔油沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)。在這里,廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)油脂上浮(fu)(fu)和(he)(he)溶(rong)劑(ji),較大的(de)(de)(de)懸浮(fu)(fu)物下沉。隔油沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)出水(shui)(shui)泵入為2#混凝(ning)反應器(qi),通過(guo)投(tou)加HCL或NaOH將廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)PH值由(you)5.5~11.5調到7.0~8.0。然后投(tou)加聚(ju)合氯化(hua)鋁(PAC)和(he)(he)聚(ju)丙烯乙酰胺(PAM)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)混凝(ning)反應,待(dai)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)和(he)(he)混凝(ning)劑(ji)充分(fen)混合后進(jin)入2#氣浮(fu)(fu)機組,通過(guo)壓(ya)縮雙電子層、吸附(fu)橋聯、網捕等作用將水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分(fen)有機物和(he)(he)懸浮(fu)(fu)物形成較大的(de)(de)(de)顆粒物質并粘(zhan)附(fu)于氣泡(pao)上,氣泡(pao)在上浮(fu)(fu)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)使大部(bu)分(fen)有機物質和(he)(he)無機污(wu)染物質形成浮(fu)(fu)渣(zha)而去(qu)除。
氣(qi)浮(fu)出(chu)水(shui)進(jin)入中轉池(chi)。浮(fu)渣自流入干化(hua)(hua)場進(jin)行(xing)干化(hua)(hua)。水(shui)性漆(qi)廢水(shui)單獨進(jin)入水(shui)性漆(qi)沉淀池(chi)進(jin)行(xing)處理,出(chu)水(shui)泵(beng)入1#混(hun)凝反應器,通過投(tou)加NaOH將廢水(shui)的(de)PH值調到8.5~10.5,然后投(tou)加破乳、混(hun)凝、助凝藥劑(ji)進(jin)行(xing)混(hun)凝反應。由于混(hun)凝形成(cheng)的(de)塊狀物(wu)(wu)(wu)較大,大塊的(de)懸浮(fu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)在沉淀罐內沉淀后,細小(xiao)的(de)懸浮(fu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)和廢水(shui)一(yi)起進(jin)入1#氣(qi)浮(fu)機組。
通過壓縮雙電子層(ceng)、吸附橋聯、網捕等作用將水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)部分有機(ji)物(wu)和(he)懸浮(fu)(fu)物(wu)形成較大(da)的(de)顆粒物(wu)質并粘附于(yu)氣(qi)泡上,氣(qi)泡在上浮(fu)(fu)過程中(zhong)(zhong)使大(da)部分有機(ji)物(wu)質和(he)無機(ji)污(wu)染物(wu)質形成浮(fu)(fu)渣而去除。氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)出(chu)水(shui)進入中(zhong)(zhong)轉池(chi)(chi)。浮(fu)(fu)渣自流入干(gan)化場(chang)進行干(gan)化。1、2#氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)機(ji)組出(chu)水(shui)進入中(zhong)(zhong)轉池(chi)(chi),通過提(ti)升泵泵入預曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)(chi)。在這里設置兩臺提(ti)升泵,池(chi)(chi)內設置下位浮(fu)(fu)球,以(yi)保證提(ti)升正常工作。中(zhong)(zhong)轉池(chi)(chi)內廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)由綜合提(ti)升泵泵入預曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)(chi),由于(yu)該廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)污(wu)染物(wu)濃(nong)度較高(gao),廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)經過氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)系統處(chu)理后仍(reng)然有較高(gao)的(de)COD,將曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)(chi)內設置散流曝(pu)氣(qi)器,通過鼓入空(kong)氣(qi)來加速廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)的(de)混合,同時還對廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)污(wu)染物(wu)有一定的(de)去除率。
預(yu)(yu)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)流(liu)(liu)入初沉池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),在(zai)此攔截預(yu)(yu)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)含有部分(fen)有機(ji)污(wu)泥和無(wu)機(ji)顆粒。初沉配水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)流(liu)(liu)入生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)接觸氧化池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)在(zai)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)體(ti)中(zhong)裝(zhuang)加(jia)填料作為微(wei)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)載體(ti),以此提(ti)(ti)高(gao)微(wei)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)濃(nong)(nong)度。池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)內設置曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)路,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)鼓風機(ji)鼓入空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),為微(wei)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)生(sheng)長(chang)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)所需要的(de)(de)氧量。生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)接觸氧化池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)流(liu)(liu)入二沉池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)心管(guan),在(zai)沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)進(jin)行泥水(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen)離。沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)分(fen)離出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)活性污(wu)泥自(zi)流(liu)(liu)入污(wu)泥濃(nong)(nong)縮池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)行濃(nong)(nong)縮。沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道自(zi)流(liu)(liu)到(dao)中(zhong)間(jian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。中(zhong)間(jian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)設置稀(xi)釋泵(beng)將部分(fen)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)入前(qian)段(duan)預(yu)(yu)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),其(qi)余出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入砂濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)以除去(qu)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)部分(fen)細(xi)小懸浮(fu)物(wu)(wu)。砂濾(lv)(lv)(lv)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)提(ti)(ti)升泵(beng)泵(beng)入DA863過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi),在(zai)提(ti)(ti)升泵(beng)入口處投(tou)加(jia)氧化劑(ji)、絮(xu)凝劑(ji),經水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)葉輪充分(fen)攪拌后(hou)均勻混合將原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的(de)(de)膠(jiao)體(ti)物(wu)(wu)質及(ji)細(xi)小固體(ti)顆粒懸浮(fu)物(wu)(wu)進(jin)行微(wei)絮(xu)凝反(fan)(fan)應,快速生(sheng)成(cheng)體(ti)積大于5um的(de)(de)絮(xu)體(ti),流(liu)(liu)經過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)內863濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)截留,以及(ji)降低化學需氧量、生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)需氧量,過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)消(xiao)毒處理后(hou),深度處理水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入回用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)聯合沖洗(xi)(xi),反(fan)(fan)洗(xi)(xi)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)風機(ji)提(ti)(ti)供(gong),反(fan)(fan)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)反(fan)(fan)洗(xi)(xi),由(you)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)提(ti)(ti)升泵(beng)增壓提(ti)(ti)供(gong)。系(xi)統的(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(DA863過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)反(fan)(fan)洗(xi)(xi)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui))排入油性漆(qi)隔油沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。
氣浮系(xi)統的污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)化(hua)(hua)學污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)自流入(ru)(ru)(ru)干(gan)(gan)化(hua)(hua)場干(gan)(gan)化(hua)(hua),干(gan)(gan)化(hua)(hua)后的污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)運至干(gan)(gan)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)場,干(gan)(gan)化(hua)(hua)場濾液(ye)自流入(ru)(ru)(ru)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)池(chi)(chi)。沉(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)分離出來的活性污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)自流入(ru)(ru)(ru)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)處(chu)理。濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)池(chi)(chi)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)定(ding)期(qi)泵入(ru)(ru)(ru)臥螺(luo)離心機,泥(ni)(ni)(ni)餅(bing)儲(chu)存于干(gan)(gan)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)場堆放(fang),定(ding)期(qi)外運處(chu)置。污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)濃(nong)縮(suo)(suo)池(chi)(chi)上清液(ye)排入(ru)(ru)(ru)隔油(you)沉(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)。
